about 5g of apple, about 25g of rock sugar, about 3g of glutinous rice vinegar (white vinegar), and the method of large glass jar

1. Wash and slice the apple, and remove the core.

2. Put apple slices and rock sugar layer by layer in a large glass bottle to ensure a large gap between each layer. The amount of rock sugar should be controlled. The amount of rock sugar should be less than half of that of apples, and the specific proportion should be grasped by individuals.

More rock sugar is easy to ferment, and the fermentation is sour, but the flavor of apples is less.

3. Add white vinegar, seal the glass bottle tightly, and put it in a cool place above 2 degrees Celsius and below 3 degrees Celsius for 2-6 months. The longer the time, the stronger the taste.
