Therefore, the establishment of a new type of officer-soldier relationship can enhance the soldiers' interest in work, stimulate their enthusiasm for work, and thus improve work efficiency. Second, leniency and strictness, focusing on the management of the soldier stage The soldier stage is an important period of transformation of a soldier from a social youth to a qualified border guard, whose physical and mental development is in a state of mutation, with the characteristics of semi-childishness, semi-maturity, and full of contradictions. This requires that managers must always pay attention to their words and deeds, understand their psychological dynamics, help them adapt to the new environment, deal with interpersonal relationships, and lead them onto the right track, and all of this change cannot be separated from the efforts of managers. For the manager to recognize the individual differences that exist among warriors and to develop the warrior's strong intelligences according to his talents is a manifestation of individualized education. Within a certain range, the manager's education should be carried out according to the different characteristics of the warrior's work performance, the manager should be based on the different jobs and the different strong intelligence of the education object, to create a variety of appropriate, to promote the full development of the warrior's comprehensive and full development of the education means, methods and strategies, so that the warrior's subject position can be fully embodied to get the maximum development. Therefore, in our daily education and management, we should take into full consideration the interests and hobbies of each warrior and the characteristics of work performance, fully understand the warrior, pay attention to each warrior.
