What is popcorn made of?

Popcorn is a kind of puffed food made by putting corn, ghee and sugar into a popcorn machine.

At present, the popcorn we buy in the market is basically made of corn, but this kind of corn is not the corn we usually eat, but a special kind of popcorn called popcorn. Its breeding originated in the United States, and its particles are relatively small, almost all keratin starch, and its texture is hard. When the moisture content of grain is properly heated, it can be exploded into popcorn several times larger than the original volume.

Therefore, it is often used to process popcorn and become a special corn variety for making popcorn. Popped corn is smaller than ordinary corn, but its structure is denser, harder and more transparent, and its expansibility is greater when it meets high temperature, hence its name, and it is also directly called popcorn corn.

How to save popcorn:

1. Put the popcorn into a plastic bag, and put it in a dry metal or wooden box for sealed storage.

2. Wrap the popcorn tightly in a tasteless and environmentally friendly plastic bag, and then put it in a microwave oven for sealed preservation.

3. Mix a lot of desiccants with popcorn, put them in plastic bags and put them in cabinets for storage. Be careful not to eat desiccant when eating. 4. Keep it in a dark and ventilated place without ventilation, so it will last longer.

5. Keep it in a special moisture-proof box.
