Oyster culture method

Bamboo culture method: insert bamboo into the seabed for oyster culture, with a pile of every 6 bamboos. The length of bamboo should be controlled at about 1.5m, and the diameter should be above 10cm. This method is suitable for sea areas with slow seawater flow. Column culture method: choose a cement column with a height of about 2 meters and a diameter of about 30 centimeters and a rough surface to cultivate oysters. When the cement column is dumped, it should be righted in time, which is suitable for the sea area with fast velocity.

First, bamboo cultivation

At present, the common cultivation method is to insert bamboo into the seabed for cultivation. First of all, bamboo should be treated. The length of bamboo should be controlled at about 1.5 meters, and the diameter should be above 10 cm. Then every six bamboos should be piled up in a funnel shape and buckled on the sea mud. This method is suitable for sea areas with more soft mud and slower seawater flow rate.

Second, longline fishing culture.

Both ends of the rope need to be fixed deep in the seabed, and the middle can be used to cultivate oysters. The suitable width in the middle is 40-50m. According to the seawater depth of the selected address, a rope and floating objects are usually placed every 2m, and the length of the rope is 3-5m. Always check the ropes to make sure they are intertwined. Generally, it is more suitable for offshore farming.

Third, column culture.

Choose a cement column with a height of about 2 meters and a diameter of about 30 centimeters and a rough surface to cultivate oysters. Before putting the cement column into the seabed, it needs to be placed in the muddy ground for a period of time. This method is called column culture, which can provide good nutrition for newborn oysters. If they fall, they should be righted in time. Cement column culture is suitable for fast-flowing sea areas.

Fourth, the floating raft culture

Bound together with wood and bamboo, the buoy floats on the sea. The size of the raft is about 5*8m, which will affect the overall output and the cost will be too high. Generally, it is fixed on the seabed with ropes to avoid drifting with the waves. You can also connect them with a rope to prevent the submarine rope from being found broken. The distance between the two rafts is about 20 meters. This method is suitable for calm shallow seas.
