What are the methods of recommending products for users using collaborative filtering algorithms

The basic concept of Collaborative Filtering (CF) is to automate the recommendation process

Collaborative Filtering is mainly based on the experience and suggestions of users with similar attributes or interests as the basis for providing personalized recommendations. Through collaborative filtering, it helps to collect users with similar preferences or attributes and provide their opinions to users in the same cluster as a reference to satisfy the mindset that people usually refer to others' opinions before making decisions.

In my opinion, collaborative filtering technology should include the following aspects: (1) a process of comparing and collecting each user's interest preferences; (2) it requires information from many users to predict individual interest preferences; (3) the development of recommendations for users with the same interest preferences by means of statistics on the correlation of interest preferences among users.
