The unification movement of private international law refers to the unification of conflict law and substantive civil and commercial law internationally through the formulation of private international law treaties. Judging from the treaties on private international law adopted by major conferences on private international law today, compared with the early unification movement of private international law, it obviously shows the following characteristics:
