What happens when vfd screen leaks?

Air leakage of vfd screen will make the display unclear, shorten the service life and increase the failure rate.

1. Unclear display: VFD screen needs to work in a vacuum environment, and air leakage will affect the vacuum degree, resulting in unclear, fuzzy or ghostly display on the screen.

2. Shortened life: The luminescent material of VFD screen can only remain stable in vacuum environment. Air leakage will cause oxygen to enter, and luminescent materials will be oxidized rapidly, thus shortening the life of VFD screen.

3. Improvement of failure rate: The vacuum environment of VFD screen is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the screen, and air leakage will lead to the failure rate of VFD screen.
