The history of Danba ancient watchtower can be traced back to the Qin and Han Dynasties, and it is called "Qionglong". During the Qin and Han Dynasties, the Ranmalong tribe, the builder of Qionglong, mainly lived in Aba Prefecture and Ganzi Prefecture of Sichuan, and distributed in the upper reaches of Minjiang River, which is now Maoxian, Wenchuan and Lixian. According to Tibetan scriptures, there are only three 13 turrets in Jiarong Tibetan area of Fiona Fang, hundreds of kilometers away, and two in Danba. Today, they still stand between Tibetan towers, magnificent and rock-solid, but despite thousands of years of wind and rain, they still look the same. The main building materials of the watchtower are rock, mud, hemp, wood and so on. Hemp tendons are made of kenaf stalks or highland barley stalks and wheat stalks. The hemp stalk is cut into inches, and the hemp tendon is punched. The mud is very sticky. The watchtower consists of stones of different sizes, which are patched up and down, left and right, angular and smooth, such as chopping with knives and axes. For thousands of years, the ancient pagoda has withstood the erosion of war and the test of earthquake, but it stands tall. Some of them lean on the old and sell the old, and some bend into bows, creating their own wonders. Their architectural art is ingenious and exquisite. Every corner, every stone and every shovel of dirt in Guttari is made by the blood and sweat of Tibetan ancestors, which has also written a glorious page in the history of Tibetan architecture.
