Coach dialogue-a dialogue that gives you strength

There have been conversations with coaches every day recently. Sometimes I am a coach, and sometimes I am a partner.

Why I am so keen on this matter and spend a lot of time and energy every day is because I found a wonderful thing about coaching dialogue, that is, its powerful empowerment.

At first, I didn't know what empowerment was, until the coach gave me empowerment, and I felt particularly happy, powerful and energetic.

At that time, my coach asked me about my values, and then asked me to say something positive to myself. I feel particularly powerful when I talk about it, and I feel that I am still very good.

In other words, we look inward, see our own energy, see our own abilities, affirm our appreciation of ourselves, and pay attention to what we have. We applaud our abilities, rejoice in our advantages, celebrate what we have, and feel that our energy is particularly strong.

In a conversation, although I felt that the other person had been listening to me and paying attention to me, I felt something was missing after I finished. Later, I felt that my partner lacked empowerment, that is, he stayed with me all the time, but it didn't make me feel that there was a new energy injection.

Today, I had a new idea. In the future, I will not only empower my partners in the coaching process, but also empower people who come into contact with me in my life. I hope to apply these ways and means I learned from coaching to my life.
