What styles of clothes did ancient Indians wear?
The costumes of ancient Indians are also varied. On the robe of the famous "Priest King" statue, there are exquisite patterns of hollow circles, double circles and mountain leaves, which were originally filled with red pigment. The rest of the clothes may be colored with other pigments, but there is no trace that the pigments have been preserved. Robes can be made of embroidery, decals or decorative animal skins. Judging from the statue, the robe worn by the man is obviously a ceremonial dress.
