What are the traditional paper-cutting steps in China?

Preparation materials: red paper, scissors.

1. First take 2 pieces of red paper and fold it in half, as shown below.

2. Next, draw the inner half of the cow's head with strokes, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then, cut out the outline of the bull's head with scissors, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then, cut off the part that needs to be hollowed out in the middle of the cow's head, as shown in the figure below.

5. Finally, unfold the cut cow head and sort out the details, and a beautiful paper-cut of the Year of the Ox is finished.
