At the same time, when the new rural insurance system is implemented, those who have reached the age of 60 and do not enjoy the basic old-age insurance benefits for urban workers can receive basic pensions on a monthly basis without paying fees, but their eligible children should pay for insurance; If the age before collection is less than 15 years, the annual payment is allowed, and the accumulated payment is not more than 15 years; If the age is above 15, the fee shall be paid annually, and the accumulated fee shall not be less than 15.
