The difference between two persimmons is as follows:

Frozen persimmon is a traditional winter fruit in northeast China. Persimmons are not easy to transport and store in Northeast China. In winter, persimmons are usually placed outdoors and frozen into ice at low temperature, which is called frozen persimmons, and then transported and stored. Because frozen persimmons are particularly hard, they are usually softened in water before eating. This process is called thawing persimmons.

Crispy persimmon is also known as Gongcheng moon persimmon, Gongcheng water persimmon, rice fruit and monkey jujube. Produced in Gongcheng, Pingle and Yangshuo counties of Guangxi. The fruit is large, oblate, golden yellow, flat neck, slightly concave neck, slightly crossed ditch, inconspicuous, petiole, sepals curled. The crown is slightly lower, the branches are shorter, and the leaves have wavy wrinkles.
