Principle of rural blower firewood stove
Dry distillation process. Wood-burning gas stove is a kind of stove widely used in outdoor occasions, which is safer than oil-burning stove and alcohol stove. Compared with the traditional wood-burning stove, the wood-burning stove has the characteristics of fuel saving, high combustion efficiency, high flame temperature and little or no smoke, and its working principle is similar to the dry distillation process. Fuel is added into the furnace, heated under anoxic conditions, and actively decomposed to produce wood gas. Wood gas flows upward after it is produced, passes through the high-temperature carbon layer above, is preheated, and then is mixed with the air preheated from the furnace interlayer to produce flame. Wood gas stoves in the market are divided into two types: self-suction type and blast type. Blowing wood gas stove is equipped with a blower fan outside to help oxygen-enriched combustion, which is widely used because of its simpler operation.
