There are not many ways to eat corn. The most common way is to cook, that is, put it in a pot and chew it directly, or break off the corn kernels, mix them with flour and bake them, so that the tortillas are ready and soft and strong to eat!

In fact, you can also make some corn Baba, which tastes very delicate and has the smell of corn. Coupled with the taste of Zongye, the more you eat, the more enjoyable you are! Simple, fluffy and soft, delicious and full!

Ingredients: corn, flour, yeast, palm leaves.

The practice of corn Baba:

1. Prepare five fresh corn, peel off the corn, then cut off all the corn with a knife, put all the corn in the cooking machine (leave a handful of corn, don't put it in the cooking machine), and add water less than one centimeter of corn to make fine corn paste. Add 5 grams of yeast to the corn paste and stir, then add a proper amount of flour and stir while pouring. ?

2. Prepare a few zongzi leaves and wash them with water first (when there are no zongzi leaves at home, you can use corn leaves instead). After the batter is awakened, stir it with chopsticks, stir the air out, add corn kernels and stir it evenly. Take out a leaf of Zongzi (like Zongzi, folded into a funnel shape) and scoop a spoonful of batter into it. Don't fill it. Then break off the upper part, cut off the excess leaves, put them on a steamer, steam them in cold water for 20 minutes, and then take them out to eat.

Tips

Second: add yeast and flour to the corn paste, stir it into a thick batter, and wake it up to twice the size.
