Aren't the cabinets with stainless steel countertops afraid of oil fume?

I installed my own cabinet with stainless steel countertops. It's from Bamberg. I have used it for a long time, and I don't have to worry about the oil smoke. High-end stainless steel cabinets are all made of 304 stainless steel plates. Oil fume is not greasy if it is not fried. Sometimes the oil fume is too big, it will stick to the countertop, and oil stains will not penetrate. At most, it will be left on the countertop and cleaned with a wet rag or a little detergent.
