The purpose of archery is not to build up the muscles, not to use the whole body when pulling the string, but only to let the two hands expand, the shoulder muscles must be relaxed, you have to be able to do this, only then can be considered as one of the conditions to complete the use of the mind to pull the bow to shoot arrows; inhale, gently press the air downward, so that the abdominal region is tense, and then lead the bow to shoot arrows, the exhalation to try to be as slow as possible and steady, and should be exhaled in one breath; the lead bow hand The most important condition for loosening the string and keeping it straight is to gently extend it to the back until it is completely straight.
