Fourth grade essay on the Indus River

In my hometown, Changyang, there is a small river as clear as a jade belt, which is the Qingjiang River.

I often come to the side of the small river and watch the river flowing ceaselessly. A gust of wind blew across the surface of the river, the river surface immediately swung a layer of fish scale-like ripples, in the sunlight, the river surface bright and shiny, like floating colorful ribbons.

The Qingjiang River is pure and clear all year round. Small fish swim freely in the river. Some small fish wiggle their tails, and some go through the water plants as if they are giving a show to the tourists! At the bottom of the clear river, there are many bright green water plants sandwiched among the pebbles, like green ribbons swaying and floating in the water.

Early in the morning, a thin mist floats on the river, and the morning stars in the sky and the dots of lights on the mountains are faintly reflected in the river water.

At noon, the sun is high in the sky, and the whole beauty of the Qingjiang River and the buildings on the other side of the river are clearly shown.

At night, the moon's shadow lies quietly at the bottom of the river, the stars also blink their eyes at the bottom of the river, and the clouds also run happily into the river, adding silver color to the Qingjiang River.

The beautiful scenery of Qingjiang River attracts many Chinese and foreign tourists.

Qingjiang River, how beautiful and lovely you are!
