For example, Confucianism and Buddhism also emphasize filial piety, but there may be some specific practices that are different. How to do filial piety in different times is different, but these do not mean that the nature of filial piety in Confucianism and Buddhism is different. Confucianism believes that there must be Qing Yu in the house of accumulated goodness, which is a causal thought and has something in common with Buddhism. Taoism has a similar expression. Buddhism also talks about how to be a good son, wife and husband in the world.

Of course, what we call Confucianism may not be exactly the same as that of Confucius, and many of them have gone out of shape. Buddhism is also out of shape. Laozi's moral classics have been tampered with.

Then the difference is obvious. For example, Confucianism only talks about the world; Taoism mentioned that there are "people who can fly"; Buddhism not only talks about the world, but also about the "inhuman" world, the six divisions in the wheel of karma and so on. Buddhism emphasizes liberation from life and death. People have past lives and an afterlife. Confucianism avoided talking about these things and was noncommittal. Taoism does not talk about past lives and afterlife.

It can be said that the content of Confucianism is mainly limited to human society, and the scope is smaller than that of Taoism; Buddhism has the widest content and scope, including human, inhuman, life and death, life and death, and all the world.
