What is the difference between experiential training and traditional educational training?

I have organized employees to conduct indoor development training and adopted experiential learning methods. Learn by playing games, and then reflect on everything that happened to achieve communication, trust, and problem-solving. The entire learning process is both educational and entertaining, making it unforgettable for everyone. This is perhaps the biggest difference between experiential training and traditional educational training.
