How does a person play the Northeast Water Margin card?

Invert all the cards on the court and shuffle them by rubbing them with your hands. Then pile up all the cards, hold the cards in your left hand, move some cards from the bottom to the top with your right hand, and so on. Or take the card in your left hand and slowly pour it to your right hand. From the second game, the loser will shuffle the cards.
