1. What is the legal age for marriage?

1. The legal age for boys to get a license is 22, and the legal age for boys to get a license is 20. The natural and social attributes of marriage require that you get married at a certain age, so that you can have suitable physical and psychological conditions, fulfill the obligations of husband and wife, and assume the responsibilities of family and society.

2. Legal basis: Article 1047 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

The age of marriage should not be earlier than 22 for men and 20 for women.

Article 1049

Both men and women who want to get married should apply for marriage registration in person at the marriage registration office. Those who meet the requirements of this law shall be registered and issued a marriage certificate. The marriage relationship is established when the marriage registration is completed. Those who have not registered for marriage shall re-register.

Article 105 1

In any of the following circumstances, the marriage is invalid:

(1) Bigamy;

(2) Having a family relationship that prohibits marriage;

(three) did not reach the legal age for marriage.

2. What are the procedures for reissue of marriage certificate?

The process of reissue marriage certificate is as follows:

1, apply for a replacement at the original marriage registration office or the marriage registration office where one party's permanent residence is located with the residence booklet ID card;

2. Show and submit the certificate of loss of marriage certificate, certificate of husband-wife relationship and other related materials;

3. If it is verified by the marriage registration authority and confirmed to be true, a marriage certificate will be reissued.
