How to divide the thinking guidance for solving problems?
The rules of mind mapping itself are very simple and can be learned in a few minutes, but the focus of mind mapping is not how to draw, but how to think and do.
Learning is very simple, and how to use it is the key.
Mind mapping is a mode of thinking. The process of drawing is the process of defining and disassembling problems. Each new level is answering the questions raised by the previous level.
It takes only three steps to solve problems with mind maps:
Step 1: first find out the problem (confirm the central point)
Step 2: decompose the problem (divide the problem into two branches)
Step 3: Then try to answer the disassembled questions. (extended branch)
In the process of repeated circulation, divergent thinking is constantly carried out until ideas or methods to solve problems are found.
This is a process of summary and induction.
We can combine mind mapping with our usual study and work. For example, we like reading. If it is a particularly valuable article, we can draw a mind map by the way after reading it, so that you can look at this map when reviewing later.
For example, I saw an article by Peng Xiaoliu in Jane's book yesterday, "You don't spend money, why do you ask me to spend time?" I think it's well written and it's necessary to collect it. How to enhance memory, I drew the following picture:
To draw such a picture, we must think, summarize and summarize. In the process of painting, your thinking ability has been improved, and this picture itself is also a good result. Whenever you pick it up, you can immediately understand the core idea of a long article. It can be said that it is multifaceted.
Let's share with you the relevant experience, including the step-by-step drawing steps of each mind map, as well as the core ideas and key issues behind each mind map. I hope everyone can learn to use mind mapping to provide some inspiration and inspiration.
What kind of job am I looking for?
Tap one's personal advantages
My favorite job? A job that suits me? I like to have a suitable job? If there is a third kind, what kind of job is it?
I've been thinking about it for days, but I can't think of anything. So I want to draw a mind map and sort out my experiences.
Next, try to answer these questions while drawing.
process of thought
Tempering process
Drawing 1: In the central picture, a little man walks up the steps. Footprints represent footprints and experiences. Write the key word "my experience" in the center of the picture, and then start to recall all the complicated experiences in the past.
Thinking 1: From my personal experience, what do I like and be good at?
Figure 2: I roughly divide my experiences into the following categories. I wrote the names of several experiences in the trunk: marketing consulting, media writing and personal brand.
Thinking 2: What kind of work have I done?
Figure 3: Add the work content involved in each experience to the secondary branch, and map it.
Thinking 3: What specific work contents are involved in these jobs?
Figure 4: Write down the skills used in each job in turn on the three-level branch.
Thinking 4: What skills are used in these jobs?
Drawing 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 to enrich the picture and gradually improve the personal experience mind map.
Thinking 5: What skills are used in these jobs?
After painting, I stared at the painting and wondered what the skills embodied in these experiences had in common.
I found that whether writing a report in a marketing consulting company, writing an interview for a magazine or drawing my own mind map, these things seem to be a process of "collecting, sorting out, analyzing and outputting information". Can you find a job whose main workflow is "collecting, sorting, analyzing and outputting information"?
It suddenly occurred to me that I had collected a report entitled "Young People in Small Cities —— Investigation on the Living Conditions of Young People in Third-and Fourth-tier Cities in China" in City Pictorial. I put this report into Evernote software when I wrote my morning diary on 2010 65438+10.29. I read the report again and thought: is this kind of research collecting information, sorting it out and then outputting it through analysis?
I searched online and found that a qualitative market research company that made this report studied youth culture with sociological and anthropological methods and consulted top international brands.
I found a speech by Zafka, one of the founders of this company, on TEDxBLCU20 1 1 with the theme "We are Youth". Suddenly I felt that the values embodied in it were closely related to my heart, and immediately decided: this is it!
However, I don't have a professional background in sociology and anthropology, and I don't have any experience in research companies. What should I do?
What kind of people do I need in the company I want to go to?
Investigate the background of the target company
The first thing I did was to make a big search for the target company by using all available channels:
On June 30th, the fifth day of coming to Beijing, I came to the office of this company and participated in the offline sharing activities organized by them at the weekend. The office is in an alley yard near the Second Ring Road.
Before the activity, I found a friend of my friend, a girl who works here, and expressed her idea of coming to work. She introduced me to their chief operating officer, a handsome Chinese Canadian, who looked confident and gave me a sense of distance. After announcing his purpose, he began to introduce some companies. In his description, this company seems a bit unattainable: "We hope that our employees have sociological or anthropological backgrounds, and many of our current employees are from top foreign universities …". I silently want to say: Oh, no, then I'm hopeless?
But now we have to try. After a few words, I learned a very important message. They probably need two kinds of people: one with research background and the other as organizers of youth clubs.
When I returned to the Youth Travel Service, I drew all the investigation assignments I had done in the early stage on a mind map.
Drawing 1: Draw the LOGO of the target company in the center of the paper and write the company name below.
Thinking 1: What kind of person do I want to go to?
Figure 2: Based on the information integrated from various channels, I extracted the main business of the target company: business consulting service and youth community connection, and wrote it on the backbone of the mind map.
Thinking 2: What are the main businesses of the company?
Drawing 3: Then in the second branch, write down the main methods of the target company to provide business consulting services: youth cultural research, cultural perspective and collaborative innovation, as well as products related to youth community connection: Youth Cultural Laboratory, Butter Youth Conference and China Youth Watch. These are also seen from different information channels, and then summarized.
Thinking 3: What are the core competitiveness/products that support the main business?
Figure 4: In the third branch, write down the skills needed to accomplish these things.
Thinking 4: What kind of skills do you need?
I was actually embarrassed. I came to Beijing because I want to come to this company. So, I'm not ready to find another job, and I'm worried about what to do if it really fails. When I was sitting on the sofa in the Youth Travel Hall and drawing this picture, I felt that I saw a little hope: I definitely didn't have a chance to study this part, and I think it is still possible to get in touch with youth culture.
So I made a bold decision.
