Where is the cypress apartment?

In the lower right corner of the map, detailed location:

1. Press the M key to open the big map and find the apartment in Berlin, as shown below:

2. Come to the apartment in Berlin, go to the luminous place and enter, as shown in the following figure:

3. After entering the apartment, you can open a member by talking to npc, as shown in the following figure:

4. After successfully joining the membership, you can start the task of Los Angeles Auto Club, as shown in the following figure:
