How to Ignite Diablo 3 Immortals

We're ready to make changes to Immortal's fancy dress, and in the end, we've decided to fine-tune the 4-piece & 6-piece effects. Currently they look like this internally (but as always, this is subject to change):

4-piece effect:

Enemies who deal flame damage with one of your skills take 1000% flame damage for 3 seconds. This effect can be repeated a second and third time with different skills. If an enemy is ignited due to three flame damage cycles then it will be burned, dealing 3000% weapon damage per second until it dies.

6 Effects:

Each burned enemy increases your damage by 100%, up to 2000%. When a Burned Elite monster is around, you receive a maximum 2000% damage gain directly.

As you can see, we were trying to implement a different angle on the way to maintain this playstyle. For now, we're still encouraging you to ignite monsters, and the more you ignite, the more abilities you gain.

It's worth noting that this also affects some existing playstyles, such as the combination of the Immortal and Gadgeto sets. We certainly want to let players test and experiment with different fits, so when the PTR opens there will also be a discussion thread dedicated to feedback on this.
