How to make fritters?
There are too many ways to make fried dough sticks. Now even supermarkets sell frozen fried dough sticks, but they don't taste good when fried. You can make your own fried dough sticks with yeast powder, baking soda and milk. Here's a better way.

Ingredients: common flour 500g (medium gluten), egg 1 piece, salt 8g, baking soda 4g, baking powder 4g, vegetable oil 15g, clear water 280g, proper amount of cooking oil, and proper amount of cooking oil (stir-fried).

Heat a pot of oil. When it is about 70% hot, add some remaining dough. If it floats soon, you can fry the fried dough sticks. Pinch both ends of the noodles, put them into the oil pan, and turn them constantly, so that the fried dough sticks expand rapidly. You can fry it golden brown.
The length of fried dough sticks can be made shorter. When frying, the height of the oil in the pot is 2-2.5 cm. You can waste less oil by using a smaller pot. The fried oil is still very clean and clear, and you can continue cooking.
Fried dough sticks are fluffy and soft, with a large area of holes and pores in the middle after tearing. Such fried dough sticks look attractive and have a strong taste.
