How can college students develop the habit of rational consumption?

The so-called rational consumption means that this special group of college students can adhere to the fine tradition of hard work, thrift and frugality in consumption, and spend money correctly and in a controlled manner according to their own financial conditions.

The vast majority of college students are able to spend rationally according to their own financial situation, but there are some college students who are driven by vanity or other reasons, blindly follow the trend and compare with each other, resulting in irrational impulse spending and blind spending.
