02 polyester

Polyester, the scientific name is "polyester fiber"

It is the largest synthetic fiber variety at present.

Advantages: not easy to wrinkle, not easy to deform and easy to clean.

Fast drying, light resistance and durability.

Disadvantages: poor hygroscopicity, poor air permeability and easy pilling.

Thin and transparent

Nylon, the scientific name is "polyamide fiber"

Also known as "nylon"

Advantages: Wear resistance, alkali resistance and good resilience.

Good dyeability

Disadvantages: easy to generate static electricity, easy to deform and difficult to clean.

Poor light resistance, poor acid resistance and poor hygroscopicity.

04 spandex

Spandex is short for polyurethane fiber.

Also known as "Lycra"

Advantages: good elasticity, good acid and alkali resistance.

Good light resistance

Disadvantages: poor hygroscopicity and poor strength.

Poor heat resistance

05 acrylic fiber

The scientific name of acrylic fiber is "polyacrylonitrile fiber"

Wool-like

Usually blended with wool or used as a substitute for wool.

Also known as "synthetic wool"

Advantages: bright colors and soft touch.

Good warmth retention, light resistance and heat resistance.

Disadvantages: poor hygroscopicity and alkali resistance.

Easy to generate static electricity and pilling.
