How to practice heavy boxing

Deep skill mainly refers to the penetrating power of thought and the degree of connection and stretching of the whole muscle group.
The infiltration of ideas means that strength needs to be firm, accurate and thorough. For example, when hitting the opponent's chest, the strength should intentionally hit the person behind the opponent, and it should be placed in the duel mood and intense excitation state of competing with the opponent for survival. The integral connection of muscle groups is the fundamental condition for exerting strength. The more muscles involved in exerting force, the greater the strength. This is the kung fu of the whole connection (first the elastic expansion and contraction of the whole muscle group, and then the movement of the whole bone). Muscle groups are connected as a whole, and they should have a round orientation after exercising together; The longer the radiation time, the greater the stretch and elasticity of muscle fibers. Therefore, only when beginners focus on the pursuit of heavy boxing, especially on the hard training of standing pile method mentioned later, can they have real heavy boxing conditions.
The timing of boxing refers to the correct angle and temperature of hitting the opponent. If it doesn't fit, don't send a punch. If you want to give your opponent a heavy blow, you must seek the angle and opportunity of exerting your strength according to his requirements in practice, which is also an understanding kung fu that can only be possessed in practice.
The attack part includes both oneself and opponents. Pat your opponent's hip with your palm and poke his eyes with your fingers, and the effect is totally different. This requires everyone to understand and be familiar with the parts where they punch their opponents according to the contents of the first chapter. Here is a brief introduction to the common parts of hitting opponents.
neck
The neck is the only part where the head is connected with the human body. Injury here will lead to the failure of the opponent's brain command and the paralysis of the general commander of the human body, thus disintegrating the opponent's offensive and winning the game. There are important tissues such as internal carotid artery, cervical plexus and esophagus in the neck. Any part of the injury, the opponent will be disabled. The throat is where the trachea is. If you are hit here, your opponent can suffocate immediately. The posterior neck is the upper end of the spine. Injury here will destroy the spinal cord in the spinal canal and cut off the conduction path between the brain and various organs. Therefore, the neck is the primary target. If you hit the opponent's neck with a snake hand and hit the opponent's neck with your palm, you can also control the overall change and catch the fighter with a heavy punch. Mr. Zhao Daoxin's palm is always aimed at his opponent's neck.
head
The head is the general headquarters of the human body, which is called "the head of five yang" in the old saying. There are important tissues such as brain, cerebellum and cerebral artery in the skull. If you hit your opponent's head and back hard, it will definitely hurt the spinal cord, spinal nerves and other organizations, so that your opponent will immediately cause brain contusion, skull fracture or intracranial hemorrhage, ranging from disability to immediate death. If you are severely injured at the hilum, temple or nasal bone, you may lose your opponent's hearing, strain intracranial nerve or break nasal bone, resulting in concussion and serious intracranial nerve injury, thus losing your combat effectiveness. If the lower stool is hit hard, it can dislocate the mandibular joint and make it impossible to fight, so the head is also the main target of the attack. By the way, I also want to mention the usage of the ring hammer. Usually, you can hit the opponent on the head with this kind of fist, but when you punch hard, you should use your fist as your palm and hit the opponent in the eye with the tip of your nails. As long as you hit it, your opponent will be blind immediately.
collarbone
Clavicle is an important joint between sternoclavicular joint and acromioclavicular joint, but its structure is weak, which is one of the key targets of palm root and boxing planting. It's easy to break here. Once broken, the upper limb will be unable to move, and the blood vessels and nerves under the clavicle will be seriously damaged.
rib
Rib structure is flat and fragile, with gaps between them, and it is the easiest to break. If you get hit hard here, you will be crippled immediately, and you will hurt your internal organs. It is the target of palm cutting, palm collapsing and especially fist collapsing.
crotch
If the crotch is hit hard, it can hurt the reproductive organs. If the testicles are broken, they can be abolished immediately. This is the main goal of wearing the crotch.
Chest and abdomen
Injury to the chest fossa will break the respiratory system, hurt the heart, lungs and stomach, and cause suffocation and stomach bleeding. A blow to the abdomen will damage the bladder and lead to urinary system failure. Chest and abdomen are the targets of cannon boxing, planting boxing and collapsing boxing.
The bones and joints of the human body and the tibia of the calf are also weak parts, but we should focus on the above parts.
After we understand the above key parts, we should pay attention to attacking these parts of the opponent with all our strength in the battle, and at the same time pay more attention to protecting these parts of ourselves from the attack of the opponent.
The position of one's own strength is also the key condition of heavy boxing. In traditional martial arts, this is generally regarded as a secret, which is one of the reasons why famous practitioners in China are not suitable to wear gloves and other protective gear. The concept of its power-exerting part is to "strike the weak part of the opponent with its own prominent part". These fighting methods have been frequently used in many foreign countries, but they are still kept secret in China martial arts circles. The so-called prominent parts refer to the elbow and knee, specifically the olecranon at the elbow joint and the patella at the knee joint, which is the so-called "ten hands and ten legs are not as good as one knee and one elbow". Of course, if we want to strike the enemy with the whole column all the time, it is natural to find a more practical hitting position than elbow and knee, that is, the original Xingyiquan's "crane top is like a drill" and "bone blade is like an arrow".
The original practical boxing method has a different training system from other boxing methods, but also has a unique boxing grip and a hitting posture that is conducive to heavy punches. The fist grip method is different from other kinds of boxing in terms of relaxation and instantaneous contraction. Stretching is to stretch the muscles and bones of the wrist as much as possible to increase strength and elasticity. The instantaneous contraction method is to "grab an object with your hand" when fighting with your opponent, that is, grab an object with your hand. The most common metaphor is holding an egg in your hand and squeezing it instantly when punching holes to break the egg. There is a premise here, that is, when standing piles and practicing, even when walking, sitting and lying down, we should pay attention to strengthening the stretching training of wrist muscles. The state of making fists ready to go is "returning to the baby to find nature"-imitating the fist-making in infancy, commonly known as "scratching". Grasping without doing anything, grasping without being stiff, the first finger joint of the index finger is slightly abrupt, and Mr. Guo's fist collapse is "stuffed" into the enemy's body with a slightly prominent part here.
Using this fist grip method has great advantages and good results. But most martial arts practitioners can't adapt, because most people's index finger joints are not strong enough. When slamming your opponent, you can only bear the reaction of your opponent unless you hit his abdomen or other soft parts. But if they hit each other's bones or muscles, their index fingers will be damaged at the same time because of lack of strength, so many people use the "pile" method to supplement their finger strength. But the most effective way is to hit the opponent with another hard part, which is the back of the metacarpophalangeal joint. The metacarpophalangeal joint is a prominent part after mastering the fist, and it is best to use the most powerful metacarpophalangeal joints of the first and second fingers. If you use this part, you can break your opponent's collarbone and ribs, split your back and seriously hurt your opponent's face.
Wrestling is also light and heavy. For example, the shoulder and neck falls mentioned above can throw your opponent to the ground or hit him with your own weight. The parts that attack the opponent are also different. If it is training and learning, the part used to clamp the opponent is the muscle surface on the inside of the forearm; If it's a heavy punch, you should strangle your opponent with the edge of the inner radius, and then fall heavily or hit hard.
There are still some parts of the human body that can be used to attack opponents, so not everyone can use them. This is because everyone is born with different physical qualities. For example, some people have small ulnar bones and large radial cervical processes, which can be used to attack opponents, but others are not prominent. Everyone in other parts will be different, so only the dorsal metacarpophalangeal joint is introduced. After making clear the parts of the punch, we should pay attention to strengthening the friction training of these parts in order to increase the strength of these parts.
