What kind of meat is bazi meat
As early as the Qing Dynasty, bazi meat was circulated in Shandong, which is a traditional specialty of Jinan, Shandong Province. Braised pork belly is braised pork belly with soy sauce, usually accompanied by Four Joy Meetballs, beans, kelp knots, vegetables, bean skin, sausages and so on. It is best to choose the pork belly that is fat first and then thin.
There are many ways to cook pork. First, the family sliced the fresh pork belly with skin and marinated the meat with soy sauce and sugar. The marinating time is 3-4 hours.
