1, digital rectal examination. Digital rectal examination is the main method to diagnose early prostate cancer. Because the prostate is close to the front of the rectum, the size and texture of the prostate can be felt by rectal digital examination. The normal prostate is about 4 cm ×3 cm in size, with soft texture, smooth surface and no nodules, and symmetrical leaves on both sides.

2. Transrectal ultrasound examination. Through transrectal ultrasound examination, doctors can find out whether there are nodules in the patient's prostate.

3. Determination of serum prostate specific antigen. Prostate specific antigen is the most sensitive marker of prostate cancer at present. Although prostate-specific antigen can be detected in the blood of normal people, when the serum prostate-specific antigen rises to a certain value, it indicates that there are cancer cells in the patient's prostate.
