Xuyi lobster, a specialty of Xuyi County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, is a National Geographical Indication product of China. Xuyi lobster is a freshwater lobster, also known as Clark's crayfish, which usually grows and breeds in Steep Lake, Hongze Lake, Tianquan Lake, Cat's Ear Lake, Swan Lake, Baxian Lake and other rivers and lakes and reservoirs in Xuyi.
