Where is the most famous crayfish

Xuyi lobster, a specialty of Xuyi County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, is a National Geographical Indication product of China. Xuyi lobster is a freshwater lobster, also known as Clark's crayfish, which usually grows and breeds in Steep Lake, Hongze Lake, Tianquan Lake, Cat's Ear Lake, Swan Lake, Baxian Lake and other rivers and lakes and reservoirs in Xuyi.

It is an important aquatic resource in China, and is included in China's strategic development plan after its agricultural accession to the WTO. The population develops particularly fast, especially from May to September each year is the peak season of growth, has become a dominant population.
