Mr. Wu Genliang

Founder, Chairman. He has a master's degree in network application from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.　Prior to founding the company, he worked for China Telecom Group Corporation. Mr. Pinhong Zhao

Co-founder and Director. MBA, Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Prior to founding the company, served in ZD Netnew Rand Technology Company Limited (a Hong Kong listed company) and Oriental Communications Group Limited as General Manager of Marketing Department and Director of Group E-commerce, etc. He was engaged in the marketing of telecommunication system and had good relationship with telecommunication carriers of different provinces.　In 2000-2002, he founded Hangzhou Chuangyi Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman and general manager, participating in the construction of government Internet access project and enterprise Internet access project.　He has 18 years of senior marketing and management experience in the IT industry. He is very experienced in strategy development, marketing, channel construction and other specialized management.

Mr. Dong Shiguo

Co-founder, Director. Mr. Dong holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computational Mathematics and Application Software from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT).　Prior to founding the company, he served in ZD Netnew Rand Technology Co., Ltd. as the Technical Director of Telecom Support Division. He organized the construction of Phase I, Phase II and Phase III of China Telecom Group Corporation's Northern Telecom Business Support System.　From 1994 to 2002, he served in Ningbo International Cooperation Group Information Engineering Company, Hangzhou Jiale Technology Co., Ltd. and Songyan Software Co., Ltd. in Ningbo Science and Technology Park as a senior programmer, deputy manager of the computer department, project manager, vice general manager of technology and so on.　He has 18 years of senior technical architecture and management experience in IT industry. Has very rich experience in IT architecture design, software development and enterprise management.
