Is it better to choose a split chiller or an integrated chiller?
The split water chiller consists of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, which are installed indoors and outdoors respectively, and connected by pipes and wires in the middle. The indoor unit mainly includes evaporator, temperature display controller, water storage tank and circulating water pump. Outdoor units mainly include refrigeration compressor and fin type.
The invention integrates a water cooling unit, a machine room building, a cooling tower, a cooling pump, a cooling water pipeline, a valve, an instrument and a measurement and control device, and has the advantages of small volume, high efficiency, low noise, long service life, simple operation, high efficiency and energy saving. The refrigerant condensation heat of the double high-efficiency integrated chiller is removed by the evaporation latent heat of water, and its condensation temperature is 5 ~ 8℃ lower than that of the chiller and 10 ~ 15℃ lower than that of the air-cooled chiller. Every time the condensing temperature rises 1℃, the energy consumption of the unit will increase by about 1.9%, and the refrigeration capacity will decrease by about 1. 1%. Therefore, the integrated chiller saves energy because of its low condensation temperature.
