The goal classification of educational goal classification theory

As a famous Japanese educator, Takeda believes that different countries have different social and cultural backgrounds and educational traditions, so we can't all copy the classification theory of European and American educational goals put forward by Bloom and others. Drawing lessons from Bloom's theory, he put forward the theory of educational goal classification with oriental color, and its guiding ideology and research results are very enlightening for China to carry out the research on educational goal classification theory. He proposed that school education should include at least three kinds of educational goals: achieving goals, improving goals and experiencing goals (see Table 6-4)[3].

The so-called goal is to expect learners to make obvious changes through a series of guidance; Students are required to master the specified and specific knowledge and ability.

The so-called improvement goal is to ask students to improve and develop to a certain goal or expect students to improve or deepen in a certain aspect. Such as logical thinking ability, appreciation, sociality, values and other comprehensive advanced goals.

The so-called experience goal is to understand some personal experiences of students through some behavioral changes. It is not the direct purpose for students to show some behavior changes, but to expect students to produce some specific content experience themselves.

These three goals all contain a series of goals in the fields of cognition, emotion and motor skills, and have specific requirements for achieving these goals.

Knowledge in the field of domain cognition, logical thinking abilities such as understanding, creation and discovery in the emotional field, attitudes such as hobbies, emotions such as values, skills such as moving skills, and skills such as technical achievements. In view of the fact that Japanese schools attach importance to knowledge memory and understanding and neglect the cultivation of students' hobbies, this paper puts forward the educational viewpoint of "openness, display, realization and entry". "Open" is to broaden one's horizons, stimulate interest and cultivate sentiment; "Show" is to impart knowledge and let students grasp the main points; "Enlightenment" means that students apply and practice what they have learned; "Entering" means that students use what they have learned to explore and pursue themselves, thus forming their own outlook on life.
