How will PS do the color block effect?

1. First, open the picture to be blocked in photoshop.

2. Then click "Lattice" in "Pixelization" under the "Filter" menu.

3. Drag the slider in the open setting window to set the size of the color block, and the effect can be previewed immediately in the small window above. The closer the slider is to the right, the bigger the color block, the smaller it is.

4. You can also click the minus sign on the left side of the preview window to increase the preview view range, so that you can see the effect of the setting more intuitively.
