When the material is sucked, the PLC outputs a positive pulse, the positive thyristor is turned on, and the DC power supply is positively fed into the lifting electromagnet; When discharging, PLC first controls the thyristor to switch to the inverter state, and most of the energy of the electromagnet is fed back to the power grid. After the delay, the positive thyristor is turned off, the PLC controls the negative thyristor to turn on, and the DC power supply is fed back to the lifting electromagnet to demagnetize the electromagnet in the opposite direction. When the interlocking signal of trolley operation is connected, the electromagnet cannot be excited in the forward direction and demagnetized in the reverse direction.
