Process flow of monosodium glutamate

Dissolve sodium 5'-uridylic acid (GMP) in water, filter out the insoluble matter; decolorize it with activated carbon, adjust the pH value close to 7, add Dex-1 (or Dex-2), table salt, and heat it to make the spraying liquid, and then spray the spraying liquid on the surface of monosodium glutamate (MSG) with a spraying gun at 55-60℃, and heat it up to dry it while spraying.

Actual results 1. When the amount of Dex-1 is close to or equal to the amount of GMP, the effect is good.

2. The temperature of material layer is more suitable at 55～60℃ when spraying.

3. The volume of the solution is more suitable when spraying 100 grams of MSG at 40 to 50 ml, that is, the concentration of GMP in the solution is 4 to 5%.

4. Dex-2 instead of Dex-1 can also get a good product, but Dex-2 is difficult to dissolve in water, easy to precipitate solids in the cooling.

5. The effect of mass production is better, the preparation is repeated, there is no amplification effect, and the mass production is easier to operate than the small amount of production, the introduction of about 1% salt has no effect on the quality of the product.

6. Sodium glutamate, GMP, Cex-1 (or Dex-2), refined salt, the weight ratio between them is 97:3:3:1.
