The monkey is the ninth animal in the China Zodiac, and its corresponding branch is Shen. In the China lunar calendar, the year of supporting cadres is Renshen, Shen Jia, Shen Bing, Wushen and Gengshen, which is also commonly known as the Year of the Monkey. The corresponding Gregorian calendar years in recent years are 1992, 2004, 20 16, 2028 and 2040.
