The twelve meridians in Wushu Terminology
The ancients observed the changes of Yin and Yang between heaven and earth and the development process of their size, and found that the ups and downs of Yin and Yang Can were divided into three stages. Yang: Less Yang is the beginning of Yang, the sun is the prosperity of Yang, and Yangming is the combination of too little Yang; Yin phase: Shaoyin is the birth of Yin Qi, Taiyin is the prosperity of Yin Qi, and Jueyin is the turn of two Yin. In this way, one yin and one yang will be transformed into three Yin San yang, and then the hands, hands, feet and feet will be combined into the twelve meridians. This concept of yin and yang accords with the attributes of human body parts and viscera, and it is external yang and internal yin; The back is yang and the abdomen is yin; According to the principle that the fu-organs are yang and the zang-organs are yin, and the distribution relationship between meridians and viscera, the name of the twelve meridians was determined. If the circulation is related to the upper limbs, it is named hand Taiyin lung, so it is named hand Taiyin lung meridian; Because of the connection with the large intestine meridian, it follows the meridian at the lateral front edge of the upper limb. And so on.
The twelve meridians has a certain direction of advance and retreat, which is interconnected and ventilated. According to ancient records, "the third yin of the hand, from dirty hands; The third yang of the hand, walk from the hand; The foot of three yang, the first line; Foot three yin, self-sufficient to the abdomen. " If the trunk is the center, the three yang of the hand and the three yin of the foot travel from the distal end of the limb to the trunk, which is the centripetal meridian; The three yin of the hand and the three yang of the foot move from the trunk to the distal ends of the limbs, so they are telecentric meridians. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is very important that the twelve meridians can communicate qi and blood, limbs, head, face and trunk, facial features and nine orifices, and form an organic life with unity of exterior and interior. According to the relationship between meridians and viscera, we can also explore and judge the pathological state of people, which is of great value in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
