Punching machine safety accidents

1. As a result, the hand and foot movements were not coordinated, and the foot pedal was mistakenly stepped on. This is the direct cause of the accident.

Causes of the accident: 1) the new learner should not be allowed to operate alone; 2) safety guards were not used.

The cause of the accident: unauthorized operation; safety management is not in place.
