In terms of transportation, Qinzhou is about the same size as Xi 'an, but its population is only one third of Xi 'an's, and the urban area is very small, which can be completed by electric car. There are few buses and the traffic is inconvenient, so you can basically take a taxi when you travel.

Many people do nothing, such as the 1040 project, so that they can't recruit people and make money in the end, and eventually violent incidents, such as drug abuse, fighting, rape and revenge, occur. Officials don't care if the government is immortal and the people don't tell them.
