What is the aroma of Longjing?

The aroma of Longjing is divided into five types: orchid, bean, chestnut, high fire and faint scent.

2, bean flavor

Generally, meijiawu West Lake Longjing fried by hand has a green and moist appearance and a fresh and high-pitched aroma.

3. Chestnut fragrance

Chestnut fragrance, also known as ripe chestnut fragrance, chestnut fragrance or tender chestnut fragrance, represents the technological characteristics of Shifeng Mountain. The fresh leaves of West Lake Longjing collected before the Ming Dynasty were fried by hand with a complete stone peak process. Dry tea is yellow-green, and the aroma is "chestnut". Many people who drink tea often mistake "high incense" for "chestnut fragrance", but it is not.

4. High fragrance

The taste of Gao Xiang is similar to that of fried soybeans. In the process of frying West Lake Longjing, the tea maker failed to control the temperature well, which caused the aromatic substances in tea to overreact under the action of high temperature and high heat, thus producing high aroma. Gao Huoxiang smells a little angry, which is different from chestnut fragrance. Remind tea drinkers to pay attention to identification when drinking.
