Third, we should standardize training materials. In view of the shortage of staff in some grass-roots teams or the inability to participate in online training due to computer terminals, it is necessary to organize professionals to compile the "What You Should Know, What You Know" manual, which will be distributed to grass-roots teams as training materials to provide players with a traditional paper-based self-study platform.

Fourth, the way of group training should be hierarchical. In training, we should adhere to the principles of reasonable optimization, graded training, classified guidance, highlighting key points and giving consideration to general training groups, and divide trainers into three levels. The first level is professional and technical personnel, who mainly improve their professional level and ability by means of cooperation and exchange; The second level is to take appropriate measures to improve the difficulty for players with certain basic knowledge and good quality; The third level is the players with weak foundation and slow acceptance, who are given basic knowledge and introductory training.

Fifth, compile and popularize teaching plans. Perfecting the supporting teaching plan is the necessary condition and direct basis for organization and implementation. When compiling lesson plans, we should compile three kinds of lesson plans with different contents, scopes and difficulties according to the different knowledge levels of the participants, so as to increase the selectivity and operability in group training.

Sixth, small teachers should spread, help and radiate.
