How to make Hunan Changde Beating Tea
Materials needed:
1. 50g of raw green tea leaves
2. 20 chestnuts
3. 50g of melon seeds
4. 50g of sesame seeds
5. 50g of peanut rice
6. 50g of pine nuts
7. 2 sticks of doughnuts

Practice:
1. First, wash and dry the green tea leaves, then pour them into a stone mortar and pound them with a stone grinder until they become finely ground tea powder.
2. Boil the sesame seeds, peanuts and pine nuts in a pot, and fish them out to cool; peel and toast the melon seeds.
