Key projects of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" for cultural construction of traditional Chinese medicine

(1) Protection of intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine: promote 20-30 Chinese medicine projects to be included in the national intangible cultural heritage list, and strive for 2-3 Chinese medicine projects to be included in the "representative list of intangible cultural heritage of mankind" or "World Memory List".

(2) Creation of TCM cultural masterpieces: Create 300 TCM cultural masterpieces that are scientific, accurate, easy to understand and close to life (including popular science books, audio and video, internet, animation and other forms), and widely disseminate TCM cultural knowledge.

(3) Popularization of traditional Chinese medicine culture: we will further promote the activity of "Chinese medicine in China-entering the countryside, the community and the family", carry out in-depth lectures on traditional Chinese medicine culture, and hold 5,000 lectures on traditional Chinese medicine science throughout the country.

(4) Training of TCM talents and team building: Implement the project of famous experts of TCM culture, select and train 200 national famous experts of TCM culture and 2,000 provincial famous experts of TCM culture, and build a professional team of TCM culture communication activities.

(V) Construction of TCM culture publicity and education bases: 50 national TCM and ethnic medicine culture publicity and education bases and a number of provincial TCM culture publicity and education bases will be built, making them an important position for displaying and spreading TCM culture, cultivating TCM science popularization talents and popularizing TCM knowledge.
