1. Discover and verify the opportunity.

This stage we must figure out: the enterprise to serve those people, the current problems, customer demand stratification, what are the motives for customers to buy, what kind of unique value we can provide customers, market research and feedback.

3, the product concept of impressing people: FAB analysis can be used.

F (Features) what are the characteristics of the product;

A (Advantages) what are the advantages of the product;

B (Benefits) is the product to the target customer to bring what the benefits and value.

4, financial analysis. A good business model needs is the ability to continue to operate, so the necessary financial analysis is essential. Financial analysis should focus on the long-term, human and financial resources allocation and financing channels.

5, organizational security. Good business model only good products, business models and financial analysis is not enough, imagine buying things online thousands of millions, but only one or two successful. Therefore, a good business model requires good organizational security capabilities, and reasonable corporate organizational design, this design is dynamic, not static.
