How to cook sauerkraut

Then put a clean ballast stone in it to prevent sauerkraut from deteriorating due to contact with air. Finally, cover it and put it in a cool place for natural fermentation for about half a month.
Fourth step
After two weeks, you can start cooking some. Remember to put back the ballast stone.

Sauerkraut is a pickled product. Eating for a long time is not good for your health. Eating once or twice a month is very sour.
