Method for making flour cake

The making method of the flour cake is as follows:

Ingredients: 400 grams of flour, 4 grams of yeast powder, onion 1 root and white sesame seeds.

Steps:

1. Add a proper amount of warm water to the yeast powder and let it stand for a period of time. Then slowly pour it into flour and knead it into dough. The noodles of pancakes must be soft.

2. Brush a layer of oil on the dough surface and cover it with plastic wrap. Wake up for about an hour.

3. Chop the onion and put it in a bowl, then add a little salt and white sesame seeds. Add a little oil to the pan. Turn off the fire and pour into the bowl when the oil temperature is six layers hot. Onion oil is ready.

4. When the dough is fermented to twice its original volume, it is basically fermented.

5. Sprinkle some dry noodles on the panel and take out the dough. Knead until the surface is smooth, and then let it wake up for ten minutes.

6. Roll out the dough, evenly spread the onion oil on the surface, and roll it into a big roll from the inside out. Divide the noodles into small portions by hand.

7. Pour a little oil into the electric baking pan, knead the dough into a cake shape and put it in the electric baking pan. Dip a little water in your finger and pat it gently in the middle of the cake. Then stick sesame seeds on it.

8. Cover the lid and turn it once when the bottom is baked golden brown. Then continue to bake the other side to golden brown. Golden on both sides can be cooked.
