Varicose vein surgery

Surgical treatment of varicose veins is still very effective, and more than 90% of patients can be cured. There are many ways to surgically treat varicose veins, but they generally need to be combined with the patient’s stage and clinical manifestations. For early-stage lesions, minimally invasive surgery can be used, including sclerosant injection, point-based minimally invasive surgery, and a combination of intracavitary laser. This method is less invasive, more effective, and leaves almost no scars. If the disease is in a later stage, high saphenous vein ligation and stripping is required. This method usually causes larger scars, but the treatment is also effective.
